Privacy policy

This policy covers the website www.helmcms.com. It is operated by Digitexa Yazılım, Koşuyolu, Ali Nazime Sk. No:32, 34784 Kadıköy/İstanbul, Türkiye (“we”). The HelmCMS product itself, once you have an account, is covered by the agreement you sign up under.

What we collect

• Server logs. Our hosting provider, Cloudflare, processes your IP address, browser type and the pages you request to deliver the site and protect it from abuse.
• Email. If you write to us, we keep your email address and message to answer you and, if you asked for early access, to set you up.

This website sets no advertising or analytics cookies and runs no third-party tracking scripts.

Why and for how long

We process server logs for our legitimate interest in running a secure website; Cloudflare keeps them for a short period under its own policies. We keep emails for as long as the conversation or the early-access relationship lasts, and at most 24 months after the last message, unless the law requires longer.

Who we share it with

Only with the providers that run the site and our email (Cloudflare and Google). We do not sell personal data. Some of these providers process data outside Türkiye and the EU under their standard contractual safeguards.

Your rights

Under the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law (KVKK) and, where it applies, the GDPR, you can ask to see, correct or delete your data, or object to its use. Write to greetingbirdscom@gmail.com; we answer within 30 days. You may also complain to your data protection authority.
